CTT Signed-for (Portuguese post) – tracking available.
We use fixed shipping costs, regardless of dimensions, weight and total amount spent, varying only according to destination (except when covered by marketing campaigns reducing or excluding shipping costs).
However, shipping costs for customized orders which exceed our average shipping weight will be proportionally adjusted to actual weight. Shipping costs for countries outside of the European Union may be subject to your local customs taxes. Please mind these costs are your responsability and inform yourself before purchasing.
It is our priority you get your order as soon as possible, and we will post as quickly as we can. However, this is subject to CTT delivery time-tables, and we cannot be held responsible for delays occurring after we have posted your order.
