Returns and exchanges – shipping costs

As our items are unique and manually crafted, and as such they go through a rigorous quality check before being posted. When in case of a manufacture flaw, we will pay for the shipping costs

ISATU will not pay shipping expenses when you wish to return for any reason other than the one stated above.
 

There will be no reimbursement when:

​

  1. The product shows signs of wear, i. e., was used beyond opening

  2. The product is not in the same condition as it was delivered

  3. The product shows damage

  4. Return is requested more than 10 days from receiving the order

Proceedings for returns:

​

  1. Fill in the Returns Form on our website

  2. Await our answer with address for return and other relevant information

  3. Pack the item(s) with their original casing

  4. Mail the item(s) and hold on to the receipt
     

Reimbursement will take place within 10 days of receiving your return.

Exchanges:

​

Are only possible when the item you wish to exchange to is available, minding that the items presented on our website are always unique, and hence correspond to just 1 unit. 

When wishing to exchange, fill in the Exchange Form on our website, and await our answer with address and other relevant information.

Please mind exchanges are subject to the same conditions as reimbursements.
